Do you have any breed or species restrictions?

No, we love all types of companions big and small.

Can you give medications? 

Yes, we can administer oral, topical medications or injections. We’ll review specific procedures with you prior to the visit.

My pet has anxiety can you still care for her?

We always start with a free consultation to meet you and your companion. We work with you to determine a plan of action to best suit the needs of your pet. If there are other behavioral concerns, we work with your pet using gentle care options and patience for mediating unwanted behavior. 

I have more than two pets. Can you accommodate all of my animals?

Absolutely! Our pet services are priced for up to 2 companions (birds vary per species). There is a $5 charge per additional pet.

Can you care for my pet during the holidays?

Yes, we do offer sitting and walking services on major holidays. There is an extra $5 per visit holiday fee. Holidays included are: New Years Eve, New Years Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Can you stop by on short notice?

If you are a current customer and you need us to come by on short notice, please call or email us. If you are a new customer we require setting up a free consultation prior to starting any visits.

Do you board pets at your house?

No, we do not board or kennel any pets. We specialize with in-home care  where your pet will be most comfortable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash and credit/debit cards. Please make checks payable to Tabby and Terrier. 

What if I need to cancel a visit?

Please let us know as soon as you can. Notification of less than 24 hours can result in full charge for the scheduled service.
